The TomTom One also has lots of useful features that make driving and navigating easier, these include spoken audio directions so that you do not have to take your eyes off of the road while you are driving. This is safer as you will not be distracted trying to study the map on the screen and it is also easier as you are told exactly what you need to do. The TomTom One also has the dynamic routing feature so that if you make a mistake the sat nav system will automatically re-route your journey and give you new directions, with this dynamic routing it is almost impossible to get lost as it is always re-routing you if you make wrong turns. There are also lots of other useful features which include the estimated time of arrival which gives an estimate of the time required for your journey, the TomTom One also has road exclusion so you can avoid certain roads, waypoints so that you can set destinations that you would like to visit on the route of your journey and points of interest so that you can search for local points of interest in the local area.

The TomTom One has a 3.5 inch LCD screen which displays 2D and 3D maps very well, the LCD screen is also touch sensitive so that you can use the TomTom One controls by touching the actual LCD screen. The TomTom One also has an internal battery which is very useful for when you stop your car, the TomTom One is powered by the car but when the car's power is turned off the internal battery ensures that you can still use the TomTom One sat nav unit.
